Key Responsibilities

• Use SQL to query data from relational databases, potentially wrangling and cleaning the data for analysis.
• Utilize JQL (Jira Query Language) to perform advanced Jira Roadmap audits, tracking and assessing project progress and alignment with strategic goals.
• Work extensively with Jira and Confluence to gather, track, and manage project-related data and documentation.
• Employ Excel tools, including pivot tables and data visualization features, to generate project metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
• Create and analyze burndown charts and velocity charts to monitor team performance, sprint progress, and workflow efficiency in Agile environments.
• Leverage R's statistical capabilities to analyze the prepared data, potentially building models to uncover patterns and trends.
• Use tools like Power BI and Tableau, and create clear and informative dashboards and reports to communicate insights.
• Beyond reporting raw data, craft narratives that translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• Use predictive models and algorithms to forecast trends, make data-driven predictions, and optimize decision-making processes, leveraging R's extensive statistical libraries.
